Altar Cross Necklace
This striking bespoke necklace was modelled after the Altar Cross of our very own St George's Chapel. It is made out of gold plated sterling silver and adorned with Smoky Quartz and Citrine Stones. It comes with a 20" chain, this exquisite and unique piece of jewellery is definitely an eyecatcher.
The Altar Cross in St George's Chapel Windsor Castle was presented by Queen Victoria in a commemoration of her Golden Jubilee in 1887. This was the first time a Reigning Sovereign had presented a piece of plate since the reformation. The cross was designed by J.L. Pearson and made in London by Thomas Peard.
